Photography: Light Painting

This week we are taking on Light Painting in Photography Class. We are going to each create a light painting either using free apps at home or different techniques and tools we learned about in class. Here are some examples from previous classes, I'll do a  demonstration this week to further explain the technique and we'll play with different approaches and lights to see what produces the best results!

This week in photography we did some long esposure light painting and above is a great shot by Erica and below is a shot from Mr.Needles demonstration.  The results were eclectic thanks to different techniques and cameras used (above is the SLR and below is the Lightbomber app on the iPhone).

Photography: Light Painting

In photography class our third experimental technique is long exposure light painting using iPhones and a DSLR camera.  This is a group assignment but each student must submit their own image by Thursday, here are some of my favorites so far from Brianna, Mckenna, and Nicole above and w Kim and Jenna below.
