Spring Break Surrealism

I hope everyone enjoyed the spring break holiday, we are going to get back into making art with a dive into surrealism based on my visit to The Dali Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida. today we'll learn a bit about the art movement and the two main figures- Salvatore Dali and Rene Magritte and explore how they used images and psychology together. We will look at Dali's famous painting The Persistence of Memory and Magritte's The Empire of Light,in particular.

For our project we will be using a random image generator to supply us with a theme which we will then work with additional creative elements.  In addition you'll each have one psychological element you need to incorporate along with at least 5 image pieces you can choose yourself.
You're final image is due Friday and should be combined flawlessly like the example below.
